This is more "never want to see again" than hear and more a word than a phrase, but bugs me to death each time I see it on forums or facebook...
Calling rings or handbags "her" or "she". Makes me cringe.
Starting a new post or sentence or status with "So". Why can't people just start out "I went to the store today and" instead of "So I went to the store today and...?
