I've heard people from Minnesota say bayg instead of bag. They don't necessarily have an accent per se but they pronounce things differently.

I LIVE in the Twin Cities and I don't say bayg, nor have I heard others say it that way. More QVC and HSN hosts are from this area than any other; primarily because we tend to have a no-accent, accent. LOL

However, I do suspect ShopHQ hosts are from Northern Minnesota where there is a distinct Fargo (the movie) accent.
