MrsSweetieBear ~~ I had a problem with Edit a few months back. I was so frustrated because any gif or pix I wanted to downsize -- it just wasn't happening. I emailed support@photobucket.com and promptly got a response. At that time I was told there was no problem with the site. Of course, I emailed back and elaborated in detail what my problem was and that

there definitely was a problem. By the 3rd email the Edit feature for me was fixed. Yesterday I could not Edit either and when I saw your thread I checked again and I can now use the Edit feature.

Just a suggestion - maybe you should email them as I did.

I have an account with Photobucket and pay a small fee monthly to allow for unlimited photo posting. Recently, it wasn't allowing me to transfer photos saying I need to upgrade. I use an Ipad and after contacting PB, they said their site wasn't updated regularly for Ipad use. They suggested to close their app and open again new....this was about a month ago. I did this and haven't had trouble since. They also said if you have an Iphone, their app works better on it. Good luck.....
