If you are not familiar with this term it refers to photos posted on the Internet that are then copied and put on other sites. Photos, particularly of people, are sometimes photoshopped turning innocent photos, often of children, into ones that are unsavory to say the least and placed on websites that cater to the lowest of the low. Vacation pictures are also being photo jacked and altered.
For basic information just search on the term photo jacking; for the more salacious reports you'll have to dig. There will be a lot of hits about recent events originating with Facebook photos being hijacked and where they ended up but any photo posted on the Internet is vulnerable.
