Petco or Pet Smart

Anyone have experience with obedience classes at either place? I desperately need help with walking my 4 yr old rescue dog. She pulls on the leash & almost knocks me over. We just don't go for walks anymore & that's no fun for me or her. She weighs about 60 lbs & I can't control her. Are these classes worth the money?
