I am so very sorry. Yes, the hospital restrictions on visitation are extremely stressful on patient and family and the official exceptions to no visitors are pretty stringent. Glad to hear you have the ability to visit soon.

@gidgetgh , I am so sorry you and your DH are going through this. Tomorrow can't come too soon, when you can actually be by his bedside. I join the many on this thread in offering my support and prayers for you both.

This is not to diminish any other post, just to draw your attention to those two.

@gidgetgh   Honey, my husband was once admitted with low something (I won't say what because I am not sure what) and within a few days they pulled him out of it.
