News in the Houston area:  "Three people are confirmed dead and about 100 are injured after a tornado touched down in Perryton, Texas."

news for my area.

Feel bad for Perryton, though.

Everybody around us has a fraidy hole in the garage floor.  Better than nothing!  Or a safe room in the garage.

@Sooner   I have one of those in my garage and from all the warnings in my area last nite thought for sure I'd have to use it, but luckily that wasn't the case....

It'll be bad today in Texas.  I think more storms.  Oh and the heat!  I'd be more concerned about that.   Hope the power grids stay on.

Nasty here today.  We won't have the heat, but we do have severe storms brewing later today.
