Are you experiencing problems with TV (only getting about 10 or so channels) and the Comcast website? Also, when I call the customer service number I get disconnected. I did pay my bill so that's not the problem.

Yes, I didn't have TV this morning, but it just now came back on.

Yes! I can't get any of my shopping channels, I only have a handful of stations. I was watching a movies so I don't know when the problem started. Comcast has been full of problems lately. I'm waiting it out, I assume Comcast will fix it soon. I don't want to call or go online for help because every time I do, I end up with internet problems and that means another....longer call.

Wow. I wonder if they punish customers who dare to complain.

Yes. At 9:30 am, I turned to Turner Classics to watch a movie and all I got was a black screen. Other channels were black as well. Just came back on but it's too late to watch my movie. Oh, well.

Yes.
You can always check online if you have problems.
Just type in something like "Comcast down" and you'll see many websites which report outages for the website or service you're looking for.

I haven't had any trouble with Comcast. I am in NJ. Where are you people who are experiencing difficulties?

Same here. I called Comcast and just kept getting a busy signal. It's starting to come back now.
