It would be one thing if the OP was asking how to help a co-worker do a better job, that she'd been asked to help her, either by management or by the co-worker herself.
OP just wanted to post a litany of the co-workers' shortcomings.
I can only guess as to why, but it sure wasn't to help the woman do a better job.

When I wrote internal short emails - I do not capitalize nor do I put in punctuation mark for contractions

I don't call myself an underachiever. A lot of my corworkers listen to music on their ear buds when working. It was an open floor plan. They are also not underacheivers.
