Re: People that are habitually late....

So agreed. It's especially bad from my end because I'm a Navy brat, and learned from my dad that if you're on time, you're late, so I'm usually early for everything making the people that are late seem even later.

Re: People that are habitually late....

I worked for a company that encouraged carpooling.  I decided to try it and every morning I would have to sit and wait for this girl.  She would run out with with makeup and clothes in her hand and spend the ride to work getting ready.  I never rode with anyone again.  If reversed I would have been looking out the window or standing outside when she drove up.

I always love the ones that might get to work just on time to swipe their time card but spend 30 minutes in bathroom putting makeup on, calling people, drying their hair or just trying to wakeup.

Worked for a small retail company that let only let one at a time go to lunch.  We only had 30 minutes.  If you were later getting back the next person just had to wait.  So inconsiderate.
