I've been reading the threads on this brand and have seen snippets of several of the presentations. It made think about the pros and cons of TV shopping.
If I had walked past a display of their apparel with its words of "inspiration" on them, I probably wouldn't have thought twice about it. If I saw something I really liked, I just might have considered -- despite my usual distaste for for emblazoned clothing and for what I consider meaningless slogans. Heck, if a piece looked well-constructed and something that I needed, I'd go for it. I personally was not appalled at the prices.
But listening to the vendor? I'm sure that she is probably a very nice person and competent business person, but I found the presentations to be insufferable and even exploitative. I guess that's a particular type of pitch that doesn't work for me. I don't like feeling that I am being manipulated. Even if I were a QVC clothing customer, I was turned off enough by it that I can't imagine I would have succumbed.
Long story short, while I think that seeing items and how they look on the models is a big plus, can it sometimes be a negative for you or do you totally disregard the verbal part of the presentations?

@suzyQ3 I did not watch the program long enough to comment. However, what I imagined in my mind is several tees, hoodies, pants hanging in my closet from this vendor. I thought it would be rather silly to have all these clothes with inspirations. One piece would be enough. I never purchased anything from this vendor and probably never will. ![]()

I did not listen or hear one single word...guess I completely tuned out.
Purchased three pieces.
Dont care for silly hype, so I don’t listen.
All I know is her voice tenor was not irritating {to me}
My question... why would anyone buy something because of blather in any form?
yes, the clothing has stuff written on it... at least the writing espouses nice things. At least it doesn’t say “hate your neighbor” on it...I’m joking but it’s really funny to me.
oh well, it won’t be the first time someone doesn’t “get” my sense of humor!

If I like something, I buy it.
I honestly don’t watch many presentations. I know that vendor has received a lot of criticism. I’m neutral about her.
Honestly, they spend entirely too much time on the TSVs and each item anyway

It doesn't matter to me how an item is presented on air. What matters most to me is whether or not I like it.

Didn't see this go around, but in a past presentation of this brand I had a very similar feeling about the vendor. Manipulative sales tactics, not at all a good rep for "Peace and Love".
More like "BS and Nonsense"
I'm not much for messages on my clothing anyway, but this one just made me click away and not return.

No Cons of tv shopping for me at all. Presentations don't bother me at all - just trying to make sales. Don't watch to find fault or pass judgement on the hosts or vendors. If I like something I go online and look for any information I want and buy if I like. Has nothing to do with presentations.

I don't see anything wrong with this vendor other than her dismissal of what the hosts' job is--to give measurments. I saw bits and pieces of the TSV presentations, and I thought at times she was a bit rude when the hosts were attempting to give product information.
Other than that, I admire her passion. Her line is hit or miss for me. I loved the hoodie and bought 2. I don't like a lot of her pieces though. Some are of poor quality and overpriced. The hoodie is well made as I have the first version in black. I like it. It's cozy and soft.

I just read a review if someone that preordered the tsv and owns the original. Her comment was the fabric in the tsv is different. Now I’m bummed that qvc might have cheapened it from the original ( I know from personal experience they’ve done it before). Say it isn’t so!!!
