Paypal question

Has anyone gotten an email saying their account will be deactivated if they do not consent to recieving electronic disclosures and statements? I already recive emails about transactions. I don't ever have any money in my paypal to need a statement.

And the even stranger thing I find about this email I got is that it came from Bill Me later. I know the two companies are associated with one another. My Bill Me later account will not be deactivated, I just won't be able to use it thru my paypal. Well duh if payapl is deactivated then I won't be able to use any account thru it.

Anyone else think this odd?
