Paypal and Ebay

I recently purchased an item on ebay and noticed that after I paid for the item I had a hard time getting back to log out on paypal. This happens all the time with ebay. Is there something I am missing here? How do you log out on paypal after buying from ebay? After confirmation I'm left on ebay. I then have to type in paypal at the top of the page and hopefully find a log out. When I get to the paypal sign in page it says I am already signed in. Is there an easier way to log out?

I've used paypal for other purchases and have had no problem.
