Pastel Striped Tshirt

Can anyone help me locate the coral/white/sage green tshirt being show with the D&C warm coral french terry pull on shorts? I am assuming it’s a D&C. I have searched, model’s closet and even called customer service. Agent was of no help. Love the shirt. If anyone can help me, thank you.
