I was shocked to read this. She was a relatively young woman. I had no idea that she had so many health issues. Such a beautiful voice and a beautiful presence. Another entertainer who will be missed. I hope that we may continue to have artists of this type with their beautiful voices and presentation style. Hope she is now at peace and with her Dad who had the most amazing voice. May they sing duets forever.

Was this a condition she has had for a long time? I don't think I had ever heard that she was ill.

She did an interview about her hepatitis c that she was suffering with and she had ungone kidney transplant as well. So many health challenges she was facing but it was still a shock to hear that she died. It reinforces how important your health is and it doesn't matter how much money you have if you don't have relatively good health. I'm glad her family was able to spend her last Christmas with her.

Natalie like her father Nat King Cole left their mark in the music world. RIP.

I remember hearing her talk about her health issues. Some of them she attributed to her drug use.

She seemed like a lovely lady and God gifted her with a beautiful voice.

I've been thinking a lot about her lately as she sang The Christmas Song with Andrea Bocelli on his Christmas CD. (which I played frequently since Thanksgiving)

Was so sorry to hear of her passing. Her dad was one of my very favorite singers. She also had a lovely voice. Their famous duet was one of my very favorite versions of that song.

@isaboo She had been a drug addict, and if it hadn't been for someone donating a kidney, I believe, she would have died years ago. The hep C is also due to her drug use.
