Most introverts are better listeners than conversationalists....I hate parties...I'm an extreme extrovert...I would worm my way out of a party but if I absolutely had to make an appearance I would arrive a little late....mingle a little...then leave early.

I enjoy parties but more so if I know some people who are going to be there. I have no trouble, though, talking to people I don't know. People especially like a good listener and love talking about themselves so I find that a good way to mix.....just listen.
