I think one of the issues was that there was NO parm cheese in the product labeled as parm cheese. The manufacturer added more and more fillers over the years - probably to keep the price point that Walmart demands from their suppliers.

Cellulose mostly comes out of CELERY.  I think we've all eaten celery.  Wood fiber is found in many breads and some flour.  Good source of fiber.  I think primative man and early settlers got a lot of 'stuff' in their food and they survived to forge a nation and hand it to their progeny.

Albany pointed out there's cellulose in pre-grated parmesan?

So does she point out there's cellulose in Nutrisystem meals or is that somehow different? 

Wood pulp aka cellulose is in a lot of pre-prepared packaged products. Hosts know what to say and what to withhold when making a sale.
