1 tbsp of Extra V olive oil

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves of garlic, crushed

salt & pepper

10 cups chopped green cabbage

1/2 cup of chicken broth

1 cup of shredded parmesan

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium.

Add onion, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt; cook until soft, about 5 minutes,.

Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes.

Add broth, cover and cook until almost dry, about 10 minutes.

Take off heat, stir in 2/3 cup of parmesan.......serve with remaining cheese and pepper. Serves 4 ENJOY
