The last time it happened DH and I drove to a park right before dusk to watch for them. We were trying to get away from the light pollution. I thought there would be lots of people there, but one other car came in. 

 

We stood, watching it get dark. It was a clear night. It wasn't the light pollution we had to worry about - it was the airplanes! We saw one and asked each other if it was moving! LOL! I remember being cold and bundled up.

 

 

 

We thought we saw Jupiter, and I saw one I thought had a reddish tint (Mars). They were in a line. We saw one or two others in the line. I tried to take a picture, but it didn't turn out well. 

 

 

I was getting really cold, so we gave up. Besides, the other car had left and I thought it would be better to leave too!   Smiley Wink
