My Urologist sent me to an Urologist that specializes in kidney nodules. He said from the CAT Scan and the Ultrasound procedures done, he could not conclusively tell me what it is from these tests. Thus to the specialist I go next Thursday.

He told me that they would discuss with me whether I wanted a biopsy of this nodule(he called it a mass), or if I wanted a different procedure that freezes it. I am not sure what the "freezing" procedure encompasses or what are the expected results. He said it would be best to discuss it with this specialist that does these procedures quite often.

Soooo! I'll wait and see what he says next Thursday and then go from there. Unlike my heart problems, at least I have 2 kidneys. LOL! I'll let you know what's up with that next week when I know more about it.
