John,

Took your recommendation and purchased a JVC Everio camcorder for my husband. Since he's quite knowledgeable regarding almost everything tech, I was a bit nervous when he opened the package. First thing out of his mouth was, "Japanese Video Camera," followed by a "lecture" regarding the differences between JVC and Sony and the battles waged between the two companies. This is very typical of him. Anyway, he's now getting to know his new device this morning and hasn't cursed once, so this is a good sign!

I'm really glad I pursued this purchase as he indicated yesterday that he needs to film his patent-pending annealing process and place it on his website to increase sales, so thanks once again for a great recommendation.

I've placed my 2012 "order" for you with the cosmos: an uneventful year with no hospital stays. Keep well.
