Sad to hear of her passing.  She was only 49.  Wasn't she married to a man that used to be on ET? I forget his name.  She was lovely.  A terrible tragedy.

Being a pageant girl myself and flight attendant, I was lucky enough to have had Leanza on one of my flights. She was beautiful kind and gracious. May she Rest In Peace.

That name didn't ring a bell, but I'm not familiar with any Miss America names.  

 

I do know who Mark Steines is and always wondered if he had sole custody of their boys as he always mentioned he was a single father raising the boys himself.  I wonder if she saw them?
