Yeah, I hear you. IMO, she can be very cruel in some of her statements. Looking forward to the new season.
Hey HisElk! I don't like Nina either. Was happy to see that Tim is going to have a save again this year. Looks like there is going to be some fireworks in the upcoming episodes.
You're right, scottie. Seems to be some drama in the near future. Also glad to hear that Tim has a save again this year.

I like Nina but it's not the same without Michael Kors.

I've said this before. I was fortunate to see Tim Gunn on stage at a conference. Didn't get to meet him but he is a dollbaby!!

Hi, SoX! Long time no see!
Last week was the premiere of the new season, but there were 2 shows. One was something like the "road to the runway" with an introduction to the new designers, the other was the actual first episode.
Hey, girlfriend ... missed you, too.
I'll watch both shows today ... I wish Michael Kors would come back ... he added a spark that's been missing since he left.

Hi, Scotty!
I guess I missed your previous comments, didn't realize you had seen him in person. How cool. I really do like Tim, even more so as time goes by and we all get to know more about him.
Regarding Nina, I teeter on the fence about her. She definitely knows the fashion business but I think her tongue is too sharp sometimes. Sure, the business is tough but these designers are pretty vulnerable when they arrive, and by the time they've endured the long hours and stress of several episodes they're even more sensitive in my opinion. Constructive criticism is one thing, public humiliation is entirely different.

Hi DooBdoo: EXACTLY. Usually, Heidi is honest but somehow she gets her points across without grinding them into the ground. Similar with Michael Kors. He was funny and biting with his comments but Posen is so smug and condescending.
Tim was quite humorous in his presentation I saw back then. I just adore him!

I agree. Heidi and Michael manage to offer critique without the hard edge that seems to come from Nina. And I do find Zac's comments interesting, because obviously he's also very knowledgeable. But he does come across exactly as you said, smug and condescending.
There was a great article about Tim, his life in NYC. Not sure I could find it now. I think he's great.

I've been wondering when the new season was going to start. So it was last Thursday 7/24? Is it the same time it's always been on? I will check it out tonight! Love this show, but miss it on BRAVO...it was easier to remember and I love the repeats.

Yes, it was on 7/24. It should be on the schedule for Thursdays at 9/8c.
