Kind of like the Duke of Windsor, his great uncle, the reason Elizabeth is now queen. Then Andrew would have been king! Personally, I'm on team Diana. She was a young girl, and I think she truly believed in the fairy tale. I think reality took over, and any misdeeds on her part were the result of her disillusionment.

The Royal Family were not able to marry someone who is divorced and the spouse still living. King Edward VIII abdicated the throne to marry Wallace Simpson because of this law. It has nothing to do with "balls" but rather duty. When the law changed he was able to marry the woman Charles loved.

I'll take this story with a huge grain of salt. Yes, William and Kate have done things a bit differently. Yes, they spend a lot of time with her family.

But I seriously doubt the fact that Charles had an affair has any bearing on this. Both William and Harry seemed quite happy at their father's marriage to Camilla. You can see them both smiling in the pictures. And not just polite smiles. They both seem to like Camilla.

I don't think there's any way to know if Harry and William really like Camilla .... or their opinion of their marriage. They just smile and do the royal puppet thing when they are in public.
