She is so lovely!  I find her outfit to be very feminine, soft, delicate and flattering to her slim figure..............perfect for a garden party!  I think she has worn this before but I could be wrong.

There is an ease to her wearing her outfits.  She wears them.............they do not wear her.

@Oznell - Thank you for sharing these pics! I would have loved to be there! 

At first I wasn't crazy about Kate's dress. I liked the hat better. But the more I looked at the pictures the more I liked it. I love the color on her, and her ever-present graceful style. 

Like everyone else I liked how William's tie coordinated with Kate's dress. I wish DH and I had known about that when we were young and going to some dressy events! LOL!  

It looks like it was a nice day with no rain too.

And I agree - it was nice to see Anne in a non-uniform outfit! Her dress and jewelry look pretty. I wish the camera had captured her when she was smiling!

Kate always looks beautiful!  I believe she wore this dress in 2019 for Ascot races. I might be wrong about that, but anyway, she always looks great!

@Lucky Charm   LOL !   I immediately thought of Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman when I saw that picture.  I agree with you - Kate can do better than this dated look.
