Should the postal employee smoke in his/her postal truck while sorting the mail????

I came home from grocery shopping to find this person ... in our parking lot...in the truck...with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth.....she was digging in the back of the truck sorting the mail....then set up what she was going to deliver...finally coming out of the truck....

Smoke was everywhere in the air....

All I could think about....is what if a spark fell into the pile of mail...she is prob carrying important documents...checks...etc etc....

If I am wrong...then tell me I am a worry-wart...because I am....but I found that wrong...

No, I didn't say anything to her as I don't know the policy....
