So amazing isn't it?!

 

Where I used to live there was a tree right next to our deck and an owl would frequent it. You really had to look to see him even though he was very close by.

And one day he soared past the deck while I was sitting on it! His wing span seemed to cover the entire length of the deck!

 

And this handsome guy in the photo really chose the very perfect camouflage!

OMG!!! It took my eyes a minute to spot the owl. BEAUTIFUL!  Its prey doesn't stand a chance when the predator can hide like that.
