It's still always a good idea to go directly to their website to log in rather than clicking on a link in an E-mail.

I just logged into my account and it is still showing the blue from 2022.

on my app it is still the same blue logo.

when you go to the online sign in page it is still the same blue logo.

I just ordered my grandchildren's Christmas ornament for this year and the paypal email I just received for the purchase is the blue.

It does seem to be in the news for the past day but must not have been applied yet to our accounts.  I like the blue better it stands out more and is distinctive,  thanks @Pezzie and @Caaareful Shopper
