Hi Sue...

Per my promise, here is the new thread. First of all I am praying that the kitten is still doing well and is still being fed.

In my original post to you on your now extinct thread, I had suggested that you contact several local vets to see if they'd take the kitten in and hopefully have her adopted from their office. I told you that my vet does this all of the time with great success and if I recall correctly, the two women who posted ahead of me (I was the 3rd or 4th post) suggested something very similar. Did you try this yet?

Not long after I had posted, you posted back stating something about a rescue group that might help and that you were waiting to hear back from them. I responded by writing that you should check the background of this group to make sure that they were reputable. What ever happened with them?

I do believe that you mentioned that you are in Western NY but only for the summer. I know of some women from another thread that I post on who live in that area and who are major animal lovers. If you could give me a better idea as to where you are (obviously not the exact town of course), maybe they can come up with a helpful solution as well.

I pray that you see this and post back.

I truly believe that with the help of some of the many truly kind hearted, decent women who also post on this board,we can soon find a forever home for that precious little soul.Smile
