I am glad his bail was denied. Just the trafficking charge alone is horrific. He was abusing young girls. I hope he never sees the light of day again. I guess money doesn't talk in this case.

As for Jennifer, she went with him years ago. Plus that would be up to the prosecution to determine.

So let's see how this plays out. One thing for sure, all the money in the world isn't gonna free him. These are very serious charges.

Somehow I'm hoping that he does not do an Epstein but you never know. Shame?

He is being held in NYC jail. He is being segregated from the population. They say the facility is very barbaric. The judge is not letting him out because they are afraid he will leave the country. Apparently, the food is not good.

I can't believe all the charges they have against him. This guy is a low level thug. Everything finally caught up with him.

So what do you want from me.. it was only my opinion. Metropolitan was too good for him. Rikers really is more appropriate .

He really is a disgusting man. That video that originally came out was just scratching the surface.

This is reported from TMZ:

Per Agnifilo, he's hoping to get Diddy's case to trial sooner rather than later to "minimize" the amount of time he'll have to spend behind bars.

He also called out the rapper's prison conditions as "inhumane" ... though, the lawyer said Diddy is "ready" and "focused" ahead of the trial.

U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter -- after hearing arguments from the lawyers -- said he was turning down the request because "the government has proven the defendant is a danger. The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight."
