@GoneButNotForgotten

I hope you get some answers and begin to feel better!

The book "The Body Keeps the Score" is all true...believe me. The way our loved ones treat us can actually cause physical symptoms if the situation is stressful.

I get migraines. Most of mine present as vertigo, nausea, and vomiting. However, when I started getting migraines about 10 years ago they started with an aura and then medium-ish pain for days. For me, here's what worked. Take a Tylenol and an ibuprofen mixed with some caffeine. I used an icy coke.

If neurology DX does not check out, maybe try an allergist?

I do sometimes get headaches from higher blood pressure, but I also get then as an allergic reaction sometimes.

@GoneButNotForgotten  Know how you feel.  I may have pulled a muscle in my abdomen, have a UTI or whatever.  I'm finding that every little thing irritates me and  my annoyance level is out of proportion to the incident.

I hope you feel better soon.

I'm sorry you are not feeling well! Stress comes from many quarters and family, loving and supportive as they may be are often part of problem.

When your body is signaling something isn't right, I might kindly suggest a doctor's visit is warranted.

Some experience a health crisis without any warning and wish they had some warning or some sign that something was amiss.

I know it can be frightening and worrisome as to what the diagnosis might be as well as the possibility of not finding an immediate diagnosis, but hopefully it will be something minor that can easily be remedied.

Wishing you the best...

Very sorry for what you are dealing with. I am praying that your tests results confirm a diagnosis and the Doctors will be able to treat it timely and return you to the best of health.  God Bless !
