DH says "You Know" or "You Know What I Mean" after every sentence. It drive me crazy especially when I overhear a his phone conversation and he says it constantly. I point it out to him all the time but he's a man so it doesn't sink it.

Ugh! I'm with you! It's as if people cannot express a thought anymore without starting with the word "so". I hear it all day long at work and I've even noticed newscasters saying it. So annoying!

It is what it is
Ladies who lunch - when describing clothing they're trying to make appear more sophisticated.
He/she slayed it
Any phrase with goals added to it - relationship goals, nap goals, Friday night goals, etc.

Over used phrases that make me scream.
Jill Bauer - Love it, love it. When ever she is on I turn her off.
Jane Tracey - Love you when ever she speaks to someone Love you
David Venable - not a phrase but that that "dumb" Happy Dance. he is like a little kid on his shows any more. I know people love him but needs to grow up some.
Shawn Kilinger with all the made up words she uses. Enough already.

Over-use of the phase: "at the end of the day." But the one that drives me completely over the edge? People that start EVERY sentence with the word: BASICALLY

@mimomof4 Usually after a couple of cocktails, husband starts to insert a "You know it?" after every sentence. Every sentence. Extremely annoying - you know it?
