I feel like it's kind of condescending.  It's similar to someone saying an older person is X number of years "young".

I am well over 50 and I think the whole campaign is dumb. I hate that they even reference it while selling on qvc. What exactly is the point of it all?

I Agee 100% Kathyfobo. I was over this foolish marketing ploy with the first trashy show with Shawn, Mally or Jane T. I watch very little of qvc because of their poor programming and just as poor hosting behavior. Much better things to do with my time.

Re: Over Age of Possibility

[ Edited ]

I think the whole thing is now just annoying! Some of the women seem to be trying too hard to be happy about getting older.  Age 50 is so far in my rear-view mirror I can barely see it, but look forward, not backward!  The whole self-affirmation thing is a trend I never cared for.

How about if both sexes celebrate each other.

This really doesn't bother me too much as I feel ALL ages have possibilities.

I haven't watched or heard what they say but I rather imagine it is done to raise buyers interests and that doesn't surprise me either!

I don't even understand what they mean .... possibility is universal ... any age, any time, any place.

Really? Then men should be celebrating all men.

@occasionalrain, I just love you. You always have a great counterpoint!
