Our Toby has gone to the Rainbow Bridge

We just came home from the Vet's office...he helped our Toby, cross the Rainbow Bridge, this morning. Toby was a Cocker Spaniel Mix and shared our home for 13 wonderful years!

He became ill a week ago and couldn't get better. He had internal bleeding that they couldn't find. Became weak and couldn't eat or drink, or keep anything in. Yesterday the Vet told us there wasn't anything he could do and when Toby started having pain, he would help him to go. That day was early today. Toby gave us a "look" that told us he was ready.

He was a wonderful part of our Family and we will miss him terribly....but, we know that one day he will welcome us to the Bridge, and we will be together again. Please pray that we can get over this loss.....Toby was my constant companion because I am homebound and disabled and I will have a large hole in my heart.
