I have to do a set of exercises everyday as therapy for my injuries in a car crash. I wear weights strapped to my ankles and do exercises with my legs. Then a series of exercises holding weights for my arm.
Then I take short walks. Gradually lengthening the walks. I have to do this everyday. I think after I fully recover I will continue to do the. The weights have done wonders to my arms.

lol...I love to walk as well. Been off my Pilates machine recently and intend to get back to it.

I understand that exercising can cause pain and injury and since I don't want to hurt myself, I avoid it.

I hula hoop 30 minute sessions twice a day

DH and I both go to our gym 4 times a week. Between biking, elliptical and treadmill, we each do about 30 minutes. About a week ago, I started interval training on the treadmill and really feeling a big difference in a good way ![]()
After that, we work out on the equipment plus using the dumbbells, etc. I also do stretching exercises for my back and do piriformis exercises.
We both gained back a lot of the weight we lost a few years ago, and are back at it again, along with healthier eating. Just taking it in small increments works for us.
