Yep, I remember his shows and did a few with him, but I was in the Romper Room category more than his age group. I think his program came on just after R. Room so I always watched if it was a school holiday.

I try to walk either on the treadmill or outside an hour a day.
I do hot yoga once or twice a week.

Housework
Besides that, my exercise is intermittent, never consistent. I like to walk, do yoga and cardio/aerobics, try to do this a few times a week, need to build up to at least 5 though. I would like to try Chalene's PiYo series but it may be too intense for me.
