My guess (and it's only my guess, of course) is that he'll get community service. From an article I read recently about their prisons, I really don't think the judge will send a man in his physical condition to one of their prisons. JMHO.

What's wrong with his physical condition?

He's an athlete!

Have you ever personally dealt with the after effects of an amputation?

Do you not consider that an altered physical condition?

If not, I am speechless, Minky. {#emotions_dlg.blink}

I had my leg amputated when I was in high school. If I killed someone, I'm sure I'd be sent to prison.

My guess since he is a star, he will have community service. He essentially got away with m*rder. IMO.. He better have a bodyguard, because someone will want to even the score.

I also think he'll get away with it.

I was not commenting on the sentencing procedure, just terrier's comment asking what was wrong with his physical condition. Am amputation is an altered physical condition, not meaning one cannot commit a crime, of course.

The networks seemed to indicate his sentence could come any minute. I read an article it could take up to a week.

I just heard this on tv.

I also just read an article on CNN saying they're done for today and will continue tomorrow.

Yesterday it sounded like today he'd be sentenced. I'm a bit confused here! lol

Guess each side is still making arguments.
