The link I posted explains how they will most likely figure the mileage if they decide to implement this after the study is initiated in January 2016..

Don't forget that nothing is free.... Florida has no state income tax, but their salaries are adjusted accordingly....and the same goes for other states.... Unless maybe you are planning for your retirement, then you gotta find a state with no state income tax Smiley Wink

I'm going to Chicago in a few weeks, but after reading all this, I think I'd stick with California as my permanent residence...at least for now....

Don't come to WA there's enough people moving up here, already. We are becoming so polluted, it's so different from when I was a kid. Sad.
