Orders Taking Too Long

I have several orders that have shipped but are in limbo somewhere. Other orders in process for 3 days. This stinks. CS said the orders are on their way, okay but where are they? Doesn't say. Some of these are gifts and were ordered in plenty of time. Anyone else having this problem? Am I expecting too much?
