Orders Placed on Fashion Day and Status Report

I ordered 4 things on Fashion Day, 10/1. I have checked the status on the 2 that are to be delivered by UPS....

4 days after the order was placed, it is showing status to be "Agent Pickup" on 10/4. And I just checked this again a few minutes ago, and guess what.....that ain't changed. This has been happening a lot lately. And their next report will show "delivered".....

The other 2 items I purchased are being sent by USPS....so don't know when they will arrive.
