Recently two things have been changed on my orders listing.  One order was cancelled from September.......and read that way on my orders; however, magically is was ino longer cancelled....not by me...and sent.

 

Another order was active for 2 months, then all of a sudden it disappeared from my order listing. Since they were both holiday items, this is extremely aggravating!

 

I have been a member for years and this is a new development!!!!!

I ordered the Russell Stover TSV on an advance ship of 12.7. Order disappeared from my orders. Spoke to CS via chat and was told ship date would be 12.14 week. It is now 12.26. Well, I don't want it now. These were planned Christmas gifts.

 

I, too, have been a long time customer. Not sure who is running the show (or not running it), but with the various issues I have had recently, I wonder why I should continue to do business here.
