You would think that they would have these shipping issues resolved by now.  I'm going to assume they're past the point of actually getting things fixed.  Other companies with reliable shipping get my business.

seriously, How difficult is it? Nordstrom free shipping, packages always arrive within 7 days, Amazon - 2 days, Chewy.com, sometimes next day but always by 2nd day. Orvis, LL Bean, 3-5 days, Even smaller companies I order from like First Aid Beauty, 5 days. 

 

QVC seems to be the only company that "processes" your orders    for 10 days, then maybe ships it out from there. I;m waiting on a package, Have no idea when it will arrive. Good thing it;s not something I need,
