@Styleovertrend You, too? Returned shoes 2 wks. ago that host described as padded inside...NOT. Also need to return a LUG bag described as nylon by a host. After ordering, checked my color description online only to find out only one color was nylon and all the others, mine included, were polyester. Could I cancel when only ordered a 1/2 hour earlier? No. So, now I'm banning myself again.
Happy you experienced fast shipping, though.

Congratulations on your fast shipping! I recently had a rapid delivery of a TSV as well. There are several other reports on the forums of improved shipping times.
Perhaps this is a welcome sign of things to come in the overburdened shipping industry; all things considered!🤞😊

@Shanus I will still be cautious in ordering. I was told by QVC customer service a couple years ago that I should check reviews before purchasing since I had so many returns! I did and still do check the reviews and the specific measurements (which are not accurate a lot of the time) and the video of the presentation of the item before ordering (to see who is presenting the item because some hosts exaggerate beyond and then some). Just got to tired of having to pay for shipping and return shipping. So passé for this day and age and with so many choices in retailers online.

Like many people, because of recent circumstances, most of my purchases have been made online from various sites. Unless the item states it's out of stock or back ordered, I've rarely waited more than 5-7 days. Most of the time, my order arrives in 4-5 days. I've never been told I can't cancel a order.
I'm sure these retailers, like Q, are taking extra precautions to sanitize or working with less people in various departments. There's just no plausible reason to use current conditions as an excuse for not being able to ship out products in a timely manner.
If an order is "in process" for weeks, there's no logical reason to keep customers from canceling. They don't have use of the money since it's not charged until shipped. A return is imminent causing more bookkeeping on both sides. Obviously, customers get annoyed, are put off and apt to not order again. So, what's gained?

@spurs4 I think maybe it was June 19. It wasn't a TSV. It was a lunchtime special, if that matters when it gets shipped

There's the possibility that Q doesn't actually stock most items. They wait until the orders are placed and then contact the vendors to have them filled. That definitely holds up the process, but keeps Q from having to lay out funds in advance or be stuck with items that do not sell.
