Order status question

I didn't know what category to put this under, so I chose this one. I apologize if it's incorrect.

So, this is my first order with QVC, I ordered it 3 days ago, and I'm having it shipped via UPS, and I haven't gotten a tracking number, and for the last 3 days, it keeps updating with, "In Process - 1/31/2011" - "Label Printed - 1/31/2011" the date has been changed on the processes and labels everyday, so when I ordered it for example, it was "In Process - 1/29/2011" - "Label Printed - 1/29/2011".

So my question is, it's supposed to be here tomorrow, I have no tracking number, and apparently they've just been printing off labels. Is there anyway to get the tracking number so I can see what's going on with this?
