Order place earlirer this week still in process?

I place an order this earlier week and keep checking the status of it and it keeps saying In Process I placed my order online, while someone I know did placed a order for the same thing just different size ,color and they placed their order by phone and their order was shipped yesterday or today. I says I'll get my order on or around Jan 4th. I wonder if my order got stuck in the system and says in process and maybe it's been shiiped I know someone that place an order and they kept checking the status of it, and it kept sayin In Process and it was been shipped, even after they received the order it said In Process.
