Has this ever happened to anyone? I placed an order for the bagels through Raketun (I place all of my orders through them). I was given an order number, received an email from Raketun saying that my order went through and I will get my cash when QVC verifies my order. I received another email verifying that QVC verified my order and my cash back was delivered to my account. I haven't received an email from QVC verifying my order and it's not showing up on my account. I haven spoken to CS twice. They said that the order might be delayed but they have no knowledge of any delays. They can't pull up the order number. My bank has the payment for the order in process. Basically, no one can do anything until their system updates but they're not sure when and how often it updates. CS doesn't know how or what other department that handles these kind of issues. 

I know that I can place another order but I don't want to be charged twice. Has anyone had this kind of issue? If so, how was it resolved? Thanks for any info.

I've shopped through the Rakuten app before but never had a problem.

I don't shop through Raketun, but I have had a few Q orders not show up until the next day after I ordered.  Like you, I had an order number and had called customer service the first time it happened and they had no record of the order.  

There isn't anything customer service can do until their system updates.  A couple of times the email showed up the next morning, once it was about 24 hours before I got a confirmation.

 

So, yes, it does happen on occasion.

@SaveTheTurtles, same here, never had a problem before. I don't think that going through Rakuten is the problem. But, thanks for the confirmation. 

@geezerette, thanks for telling me of your experience. I'm just afraid that if I wait and it doesn't show up, I will miss out the price of TSV.

I'll say this, whenever this has happened to me the order has always shown up.  When I ordered a second item thinking, like you, that it might not I ended up with two orders.

QVC  processes orders overnight.  This situation happens occasionally and the orders usually appear with no problem the next morning.

@Toot1920 - I'd wait to see if it shows up.

 

You have an order number.  You could try going into your account and just plugging that into the search bar.  It might pull up the order that way.

 

And, if for some odd reason, the order doesn't show up by tomorrow, I'm sure the Social Team would be able to sort things out for you and honor the TSV price.  They've always been very good CS reps.

I didn't know you could shop thru Rakuten.  I've been trying to figure out how to disable the Rakuten pop up on one specific shopping site.

OP has the perfect example why I won't bother with these shopping detours.  What exactly do they add to the transaction for the seller?  Just brings the price up for everyone else.

@depglass, I have never had a problem ordering anything through Rakuten. The problem was with QVC. 

 

@Venezia,@geezerette, @Kachina624  you were right, the order showed up on my email at 1AM as a back order (I had ordered for immediate shipment). I had placed another order for shipment on the 26th, so I cancelled my original order without a problem. Thanks for responding, it was appreciated.
