There is more than 1 dolphin. Look at the dark areas surrounding the figures, and not the light  areas

Most other pictures I could see both illusions at the same time. 

Except the horses are just horses that are camouflaged with the background scenery.  Correct?

@Lucky Charm  look at the areas within the arms of the figures. The dolphins outline the entire  body of the figures
