Yes, Oprah made Philosophy even more popular with her love of Hope In A Jar.....Also she made Spanx popular and the creator of Spanx became a multi millionaire(can't remember her name right now) but she used to appear on QVC whenever they would have a Spanx TSV....Oh her name is Sara Blakely, I think!

High priced yes, but as a Baltimoreon, I will say these are authentic Pappas crabcakes, they have 2 restaurants here in town, and thier crabcakes are one of the best around. Oprah worked in Baltimore years ago, and she lived here for 7 years, she knows a good crabcake!!! Nothing like the ones being sold on the Q now.

The 360 cookware looks interesting. Never heard of it. I'm looking for another set so this might be an option. The line has good ratings. Thanks for starting this thread!

I have to admit... I'm tempted. I just would never tell anyone how much I paid for them. Weight is 9 pounds... so those are some pretty hefty crabcakes.

Pies have become a really big deal around SF. There are people licensed to make them out of their home, and for sure some go for $35 and up.
We've never really had bakery pie specialties, at least that I knew about, but it's happening now.
Bakery pies used to be a half-hearted attempt at what grandmas used to make, now they are specialty items.
