Only a Life Lived for Others is a Life Worthwhile

I read this quote today by Albert Einstein.

I believe it to be true, especially since my little sister died last month. My life was worthwhile when I was taking care of her.

How do you get over the loss of a sibling whose life made yours worthwhile?
