I know shopping in person is simply not possible for some people. Many older people can’t drive or live too far from stores to make the trip practical. The shipping is well worth it only if the return policy is far and simple to deal with. I have always thought QVC makes a lot of money on their shipping and return policy and see the prices going up.

Re Sundance:  Wow, just wow.  I remember ordering from them years ago and their return policy was open-ended.  I did return a bracelet after looking at it for months and never wearing it.  No issues.  I have avoided them for years because of their pricing, but I won't be tempted.
